Terms of Service
TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: 2024, DEC 01 Welcome to Alchemy of Energy. By purchasing and participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Service Overview Alchemy of Energy provides energy moving services, including Emotion and Body Code sessions, designed to support personal alignment, growth, and well-being. These services are complementary to traditional medical care and/or therapy and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or replace current medical practices. Payment and Refunds •All sales are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. •If a session must be rescheduled or transferred to another person, please contact alchemyofenergy@gmail.com with at least 24 hours’ notice. Session Policies •Sessions must be scheduled at least four days apart to allow for processing time. •Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. •Discovery sessions are included with certain packages and must be completed before energy work begins. Client Responsibilities •By participating, you affirm that you are scheduling sessions of your own free will and understand that these are complementary services. •You agree to provide accurate information, including age and any relevant details, to support the work effectively. Limitations of Liability Alchemy of Energy is not responsible for any outcomes or effects resulting from sessions. While we aim to support your journey, results vary based on individual circumstances. Read full Waiver-Disclaimer for more information. Changes to Services or Policies Alchemy of Energy reserves the right to update or modify services, policies, and terms without prior notice. Cancellation Policy
At Alchemy of Energy, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided, whether you’ve purchased a single session, a package, or a monthly subscription. My priority is to ensure you feel supported and that we remain aligned with the intention of your sessions, and I’m here to guide you throughout your journey. If life happens (as it often does) and you need to cancel for any reason, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. You’ll have the option to reschedule your session(s) or gift them to someone else, but clear communication is essential. For subscriptions, please don’t wait until the period has ended to reach out—I’m happy to work with you to ensure the process is handled smoothly.

Indemnity Agreement
Indemnity Agreement As a participant in Alchemy of Energy’s services, you agree to indemnify and defend Alchemy of Energy and its owner, Jennelle Deschwanden, against any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise as a result of your participation in these sessions. This includes any harm or perceived harm to yourself or others due to actions, decisions, or behaviors influenced by your experiences during these sessions. Your participation is voluntary, and by engaging in this work, you take full responsibility for your own choices and their outcomes.
Confidentiality Statement
Confidentiality Anything discussed during our sessions—including personal details, emotions released, or situations mentioned—remains strictly confidential. I hold your privacy and trust in the highest regard. You can feel safe to speak, heal, cry, and share without fear of judgment. Your session details will never be shared without your explicit written permission. On occasion, I may reference general, anonymized scenarios from sessions for marketing or educational purposes. Rest assured, these examples will never include identifying details or anything that could tie the scenario back to you. Exceptions to Confidentiality: While I am not a mandated reporter, I reserve the right to break confidentiality if there is reasonable suspicion of child abuse, elder abuse, human trafficking, or if you express thoughts or intentions that indicate imminent harm to yourself or others. These exceptions are included to prioritize safety and well-being. While I don't foresee this happening, I was advised by a business consultant to include this just in case. Informed Consent: To receive clear and transparent information about the methods and techniques used during sessions, with the opportunity to ask questions and provide consent before proceeding. Confidentiality: To have your personal information and session details kept private and secure, shared only with your explicit written permission. Autonomy: To make your own decisions regarding the continuation or termination of sessions, while understanding the cancellation and refund policies outlined. Support: To feel fully supported throughout your journey and to have reasonable communication for follow-up questions or concerns. Non-Coercion: To never feel pressured into additional services, purchases, or commitments beyond your comfort or consent. Safety: To experience a safe and welcoming space that fosters healing, growth, and alignment with your personal goals.
